The Texas Crime Victim Clearinghouse (TxCVC) provides a variety of publications for criminal justice and victim services professionals available online for download and in print. These materials assist with informing and educating about crime victims’ rights and post-conviction resources available in the criminal justice system.
Available publications are displayed by name and publication type. Use the language filter on the left-hand side to display only publications in English or Spanish. You may search for publications by name using the search field. Use an asterisk as a wildcard in the search if needed (example: *voice will return all publications with the word “voice” in the title).
Click the download link to open a PDF version of the publication and the document will open in another browser window. Use the browser’s PDF handling to download the document to your local device. To request hardcopies, you must have a portal account and be signed in. Click the ‘Request Publication Hardcopy’ button to initiate a publication order for printed materials.
