The Texas Crime Victim Clearinghouse (TxCVC), in accordance with the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure article 56A.160, shall maintain statistics on the numbers and types of persons to whom state and local agencies provide victim impact statement during each year.
The TxCVC collects statistics quarterly from all district and county attorneys in Texas on the numbers and types of persons to whom the agency provides victim impact statements and the number of victim impact statements received from victims of crime.
Please click the ‘Add Monthly Statistics’ to complete a report. You will submit one report each month per county in your agency’s jurisdiction. To view past reports, click the blue dropdown arrow for a selected report period. Reports are editable within the current reporting quarter.
